If you do not agree to all of the terms herein, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, administrators, and cleaning professionals (“Cleaners”) who access or use the Service.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Administrators must ensure that all job information, property details, and Cleaner assignments are accurate and up to date.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload photos, notes, damage reports, inventory reports, and guest reviews through the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant SuperHost Vacations a limited license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. Do not upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperHost Vacations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SuperHost Vacations does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
